chech the types of wire they want to used before any others things, they are some wires in marker, DAT pass DAT 7,500 he mentioned here,

thats the problem, he didnt specify. Nigerchin and coleman should be more but Im sure he wont be buying those ones, last last he will go for cometstar. For residential projects like this, electricians go for those ones strictly on clients demand.

l've just done mine last two weeks the electrical quoted almost the same quote with yours.
In short l will advise you to reduce the number of wires that he quoted where he wrote 20 buy 17 ,where he wrote 10 buy 8 do that to others too and made sure you are around with them when the work is going on if they need more you will buy more .

I was able to save over N300k after completing the job.
On the workmanship it just to much try and cut in between N180-200k.

The first photo is the original achitechtural design of the building. The building is a dedicated block of six flats. So the total cost is for two soakaway system; one at back of the building, one at the front.

The second photo is an improved modification of the original achitechtural design. So it is a three Chambers system.

The third photo is the total cost for the two soakaway. So just over 300k for one.

Look carefully at the final outcome, you would notice that the soakaway was beamed with columns. This added to final cost.

Good of you bro, I did same about a year ago ,the cost is about 250k, at time location determine the cost.
But if its water lodge area I will advise the OP to go for CESSPOOL septic tank system
