Dangote cannot succeed in a functioning nation like kenya. What he does is to secure monopolistic & unfair advantages like he got used to in Nigeria - with promise of huge investments - then try to hammer the competitors in the first few years by reducing the prices beyond cost of production - grab market share - and then raise prices. That is JUNGLE Business that works in a zoo.

His game is well known. I hope the Omani guys buy ARM instead. Kenya is not a banana republic where you go see a minister or president before investing...you fly in, buy or lease land, ship in equipments and start sellig cement. You never need to see anyone. You just need lawyers to help navigate legal issues.
