When do project started it was 160 naira to a dollar with the collapse of the naira at 360 the projects are not just profitable because in local terms the price has doubled for a project which is not even complete which makes a lot of investors not invest. People cannot keep on pouring money it to big projects for 5 years and the price of the project keeps on skyrocketing without it being completed.
