What's creative in that? The toll gate belongs LCC, a company owned by his godfather and boss. The toll fee will be increased by #100 once he becomes the governor and your stipend will be stopped.

It's not fake news. I saw lots of reports about the campaign.

Note that the creator of the thread did not say that he paid the tolls for the entire day.

I pass around , 10am, 3pm , 5pm, but I saw them fully around to 6pm. they vanished around 10pm that I passed again.

The toll gate thing is open for anyone ready for business. You pay them a fee for a duration, they keep it open and allow you to interact with motorists. MTN and Pepsi had done it in the past.
