Once you hit the bucket, everything stop. Your beauty, handsomeness, ambition, dream, career, wealth, relationship no longer matter.
All these don't determine where the soul is heading to.

This is Nigeria, here is something I learned from my Dad:

Never visit public places on festive days in Nigeria, never go so far away from home on such days that you will have to use a public transport back to your house. Learn to use paths and shortcuts, thereby avoiding major roads. Try not to have sleepovers on such days.

Don't think with your anus idiot. Firstly, I wasn't with my ID card, secondly, where will I keep her when no one is ready to render help with their car. It was before the bridge and there's no hospital around Ajah under bridge or before it. Stop saying rubbish for online likes and be fortunate not to be unfortunate, make I no curse you with my heart this morning

What a tragedy! So nobody could render to this victim until she gave up.
Now I ask what's the difference between what's happening around us and that in the animal kingdom?

My condolences to the bereaved!

It is true many have grown cold.

Another reason is if she's rushed to a hospital, you the good Samaritan can become the suspect. The police may arrest you and you'll have to pay big to get out

The kind of assistance people do give these days after an incident happened is 'social-medics'. Social medics in the sense that they will bring out their smart phones and start snapping a dying victim, and before you know it the victim picture will be posted on social media. Pasan ti a fi na iyaale nbe Lori aka... The way you act to people in distress is the way they will response/act to you when you're also in distress. Let shun all this "social-medics" act, and give an helping hand to people in distress.

Why did you not call uber to take her to the nearest hospital?

I thought Lagos has emergency phone number 112, is it not working? Did you try it?

How can an accident victim be left without assistance for 4 hours?

Her death is avoidable if a little assistance has been given to her.

Most times when you try to offer help in Nigeria it backfires.
Nigerian police will rope you
The hospital won't attend to emergency cases until you deposits.
Nigeria still remain a shithole.
Reminds me of a friend knockdown by a car without headlamp @night.
I'm sure the driver would have been bribing his was on all checking points.
Shiiithole country shiithole government shiithole people before I forget shiithole president.

In a functional emergency health care system, this young woman would have been resuscitated and would have survived because people don't just die instantly in most RTAs.

In a caveman country like Nigeria, she's helpless and hopeless. Chances of survival is 10%? 5? none? Yes none! Bullsh1t!
