MOST LADIES that are like this today suffered so because most PASTORS discouraged them from having their SURGERIES at an early safe age.
FIBROIDS grow well especially when the LADY is not married.
And when these ladies eventually get married they find it difficult conceiving because of these factors and atretic ovaries.
This HUGE FIRBOID May have lasted 7years.
And most LADIES with such are always trying to bear kids, so when they visit these FAKE and UNENLIGHTENED PASTORS, they end being discouraged and warned not to have such surgical operation. They administer serial financial sapping prayers for a long time with the hope that these tumors will regress one day, but trust me, these FIBROIDS keep growing to assume this massive size.

Nah, this is bad. Why treat the patient like a cadaver? Surgeries like this should be quick sessions. Having time to take pictures like these while the patient is still opened up is wrong. I understand it's to sensitive other women though, the surgeons could do better.

Stuffs like this makes me appreciate gross anatomy the more. The human anatomy is such a wonderful structure.

Wel,l we don't have evidence to prove that they sort her consent but we must be mindful when putting anything on social media at least the picture should have been edited to cover her genital.

The need to know rest with the proper people in advance countries and do not need this type of Nigerian exposure. I must say that this picture when used as enlightenment media will make many women to go for screening.
