LordSneed:
Terribly saddened by all the news of ineligible profiles and i hope all those affected can find a way around it very soon. However, i do not think it has anything to do with POF as i only just submitted a profile in late December and my POF was the recommended about 12,475 CAD for a single applicant and i fortunately didn't receive any email last night. I were to guess, i'd say CRS scores have been greatly increased.

I guess the problem is because of review in the POF that is to take effect this January. Although no update on CIC website but when I checked my eligibility again using a higher amount, I was found eligible.
Should we just create another profile? Do one have to delete the ineligible profile before u can create another one?
It can't be an increase in CRS. People have always been in the pool and increased their scores over time.

Thanks

here:
Happy New Year Everyone
Last year by Jan 5,2018 POF was also increased by 1.4% and the first draw came Jan 10 or so. Little increase but many became ineligible. For the ineligible profiles you may add a figure in about same range to see if it changes in creating a new profile early for next draw.
I think new figures should reflect on POF requirement page after the holidays
Good luck everyone this year
How much would you suggest a single person should include? It used to be $12,475.

Does anyone have Any idea yet as to reason for the ineligibity?
People with 370 ,380 scores are still found eligible.
Could it be noc? Are nocs going to be removed?
The things is people in same nocs are still in the pool.
Could it be age?
Pls people who got the ineligible status should state their ages.
Someone i know is 35 and got the ineligible mail.
Years of experience?
Pof? But mine and another friends had same pof. Low crs. Less than 400. We still in the pool. Another friend with same noc, higher crs, a year older isn't.
Abi marriage?

I just dunno oh. Very perpelexing.

I am 27 with a CRS of 45O and still got the ineligible mail. I have a feeling it is the the POF issue.

The reason for profile being made ineligible largely points to POF.. All the people I know who got the message used the exact minimum POF required for their family size, instead of reviewing it a bit upwards..

POF is also reviewed at the beginning of every year by CIC, this corroborates my submission above.

I wish everyone the best. You may consider creating a new profile

Would $12,700 be good for a single applicant?

I think this is true because I had 23500 instead of 23262 for a family of 4 and I didn't get the ineligible mail.

Happy New year my e-fam. May all our heart desires be fulfilled in the shortest time possible.

Have a great year ahead.

Happy New Year Everyone.

May 2019 be more Canadacious for us all in Jesus name

This ineligibility massacre could be a mix of Technical Glitch or some yet to be communicated Update.

Let's not sweat it out.

If you are affected Jump back into the pool again and be fast about it and also increase you POF by at least $500 above the base/minimum value.

If you are not affected it might be a good idea to also do the same

Welcome to your PPR year.

God bless us all

I don't think this is needed at this stage. Documents should be after ITA.

Good morning family...Happy new year.... I need serious help.
IELTS Nov1 LRSW- 7.5, 9, 7.5, 6.5

I am fine with my writing score because i reviewed my essay and I found out that it lacked structure. My major problem is the listening, people who have aced listening should please recommend books or online sites where the standard of questions is equivalent to IELTS.(I was told that band 8 is about 35-36 over 40) and sincerely i am deficient in this section.

On test day, i was completely lost in section 2, (the dolphin question where we had to match features of dolphins with their species).
I intend writing this january. PLEASE help.....I would also like people who have aced it to give me tips(I don't know if band 9 is feasible).

Practice using YouTube videos. Increase the speed of the video so it'll talk faster. This will help your concentration and will make the actual test easier for you.
Also, don't practice in total silence. Learn to practice with distractions and background noise.
It will end in praise

My dear, for that listening, it's all a matter of concentration, which I believe to a large extent, depends solely on you. I can bet my situation is worse than yours back then because my loss of concentration is something else. If I don't think about work, I will be lost in the tots of something else.
Trust me, I overcome this by constantly working on my self. I practice three to four listening tests on YouTube daily until it became a part of me and i scored 8.5.
Most importantly, please don't listen for the answers alone, but listen to understand what the conversations are all about. That way, even if you missed an answer, you will still get the option right due to your understanding of the conversation.
I strongly believe it is only you who can work on yourself to overcome Listening. All the best!

My people please help me thank Jehova Lord Almighty!!!!
IELTS result out
LRSW: 8,8.5,7.5,7.5 first attempt at MOD IDP on 15th December.
My hands are still shaking. I cannot contain my happiness.
Glory to Jesus, honor to mother Mary.
I gave this my all and I said the St Joseph of Cupertino prayer. This prayer is powerful people!!
Thank you so much to all who shared the Campbridge preparation materials. I got so overwhelmed with materials online so I decided to abandon them and focus on just Cambridge because they are the authentic questions. I also used Jay's writing structure.
I'm so grateful for this forum. I've learnt so much here.

Dear E-Fam,

Happy new year to you all
I am trying to update documents for my new baby ADR. The value of my POF required has increased because of the addition of a new family member. Do I need to upload a new POF as the POF I submitted earlier will not be sufficient. Though they did nt list POF with part of the requirement for the addition.

My application was 5 month as at when I raised CSE and criminality and background check has not been conducted. My application is going to be 6 month in a week. At was point should I request for GCMS notes?

Thank all

Seniors in house please urgently come to my rescue, my ADR expires in a few days
