Got a response to one of the mail I sent to end users this morning, checked my junk and found a mail replied since 26th December

The mail was "What's your price?" Even though the domain link to the undeveloped sales page is in the mail I sent with the BIN

Good morning bosses. Please I want to backorder a domain that will expire soon. I need the domain for personal use. The domain is currently for sale for $4,999 and it expires on 15-01-2019.
My questions go thus:
1. What is the best backorder company to use
2. Am i going to pay for the backorder service before the service can be done? If yes, is my money refundable if the backorder isn't successful?
3. Can I backorder at different back order companies?

1.Best is dropcatch.com but sometimes snapnames.com can beat it to a name.

2.You will not pay , but your card will be tied to the site and a dollar might be kissed out to check if its legit.

3.Only if they catch it.

Fact : snapname fee - $72
Dropcatch fee - $59
Should two or more people backorder the same name as you, it goes to a 3 day auction which will be publicly displayed for all and sundry to join and bid it up.

I got a domain name from expired domains
Registered it, trying to list on undeveloped, but it's been denied because my fellow Nigeria brother has the name already. But on whoise.com, it's my name and registrar. That is showing

Have started an online chart with undeveloped.com to change it, but they are delaying.
