Obviously many people seems not to understand what depression is all about.look friend, when you're depressed you lack the "WILL" power to do anything, u just don't have control over anything,so I think people should understand depression for what it is really.I have a friend here in Ghana who also suffering from depression, She is not as strong as I am.she hardly get out of bed in the morning, because she's always weak and feeling sleepy.But her family are on her neck,because they don't understand her predicament.. Last 2 weeks she almost commit suicide. So I think our society should seek to understand what depression is and how it affects the sufferers.

depression can easy by triggered by some medical conditions like chemical inbalance in the brain.dad lifestyle just like u mentioned.. I have no problem with the causees you listed.The problem I have with ur post is that you made it look like one can just decide to come out of depression at will,and that's not true. Depression is a mental condition that need to be totally address.. There are natural medication like st Johns wart that are scientifically proven to help depression,but the problem has been where to purchase it in Africa.. Another natural medication that helps is stem cell enhancer,but you have to spend the hell out befor getting the desire result.another way is taking omega 3 and 6 supplement for a period of time.the question is how many people can afford this?that's where the problem is..It's all money money and money....so telling a depressed people to come out of depression is like telling a lame person to get up and walk,not easy u have to support such lame person..
