Port harcourt is the worst place to do your cbt. I went to drop off my neighbor and the crowd there was mammoth like. I heard they have only one computer and one pos machine to service a crowd of close to 1000 plus they are collecting bribe to enter what a shame. Go to jamb office at d line to see for yourself
