Hello all,

Does anyone know the fee for priority tier 2 dependent visa? I have searched on the website but all i get is the one which says is only available if you're applying from the UK; and then I think I also saw something about it no longer being available (if you're applying from outside the UK).

Thanks.
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Nobody: 4:11pm On Jan 08, 2019
Also, I just came across a thread where someone mentioned cash/money lodgment as rounds for refusal.

Thing is, after my Visa was refused, we resorted to using a bank statement to support my next application. Now, because my husband won't be applying with us, we decided to use my own account which has my name in full as on my passport (my main account which is more active has just my first and last name). However, the account didn't always have funds in it, just a few thousands here and there. We have now paid in the required maintenance cost for my child and I, and waiting for the total of 90 days to be up before we reapply.

I just need to know now, will this be an issue (the cash lodgment that is) so we don't go wasting money and time again.

Kindly advice.
Many thanks.

Hello "ManLikeTee" I just came across this post and I would really like to connect with you offline. Senior Men and Boss Ladies in the house, I greet all of una. Please I will submit my online application on Friday 2nd November and I want you guys to kindly go through my checklist if I don miss something. Just trying to do my assignment right.

Please note that my application is a bit different because I am applying from Germany. I live here on a student visa. So there are some things on the list that applicants from Nigeria dont need and things I dont need as well bcoz I am applying from Germany like the Tuberculosis test.

I got a UK marriage Visitor Visa and did my wedding in the UK. I am a regular customer to UKVI grin and I have six visit visas (all 6 months) of which the last is still valid. Been to the UK 7 times already this year and I have never spent more than 10 days on each trip. I just hope my good record with them helps in a positive way towards my spouse visa applcation.

For the financial requirement, I dey use Category B option. That's why I have 12 months payslip and bank statements on my checklist.

I think you have covered the basics with the documents mentioned above. But to clarify, the apartment is a 1-bed or 2-bed with other functional spaces. right?

All the best!

According to the TLS website, it is £212. Check this link to confirm that it is what you're looking for.

The decision to refuse your visa application has been overturned and our office will now proceed to the next stage of your application. Whilst I note the submission of your passport, you are yet to complete the IHS payment which is preventing your application being issued. To complete this process we require you to undertake the following steps: "

Good evening all...

I am now filling up the online form for FLR m.

Do I have to include my husband's children information ?

They are 3, but only one is under 18 , the rest are over 18 (20 and 23 years old)

And do I need their passports number and their and their parents birth certificates?

Thank you in advance..

Good evening
Please I need some advise.
We are preparing to submit the spouse visa my husband and we wanted to use priority. Can we still use priority if he has been refused usa visa previously?

Also, my bank statements and payslips has my current address (living with parents) but will be moving to a studio or 1 bedroom flat. Does it matter if an old address is on it please?

We have known past applicants submit via priority, despite been refused by the UK and USA previously...... If you want to confirm, read through thread.......

Are you saying by the time you submit your application (having your old address), you intend to move to a new address afterwards?.....

Thanks for the quick reply, I am so grateful.

I am planning to move before applying to meet the accommodation requirements, so possibly a week or so before putting in the application.

I don't think a minimum accommodation length is required, it pertains to length of employment........

So in essence, your accommodation requirements would be meet with your new address, but all other submitted documentations, has your parents address listed........

Just ensure you submit a tenancy agreement, letter from landlord etc............

I believe you are good to go, regarding this issues raised..... Ensure you tick all other boxes on all other aspects.........

Hi all,

Can anyone help with this please?- is it necessary to include a letter from the landlord along with the tenancy agreement for a tier 2 dependent visa application?

Because I would think that the tenancy agreement would be sufficient. But if not, can anyone give pointers as to what the content of this landlord letter is.

Thank you in advance.

The UK Immigration Health Surcharge, which had been expected to double in December 2018, increased on 8 January 2019 the Home Office has confirmed. The immigration health surcharge increased from £200 to £400 per year for many UK visa categories including the Tier 2 visa, Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, Sole Representative visa and Tier 1 Investor visa categories. The UK visa fee for
international students applying for the Tier 4 visa, those applying for the Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa Scheme and for other Tier 5 visa applications rose from £150 to £300 per year.
