Anyone using FBN QUEST please i have a question...

How do you make payment easily. I tried paying through the payment stark on the FBN Edge App but it requested for an extra charge of about #465 unlike Stanbic MMF that doesnt charge any extra fee

I'm new to FBN Quest please help a brother.

You can make fund transfer to their account. Just include this format in your reference :
MMF account number / Full name
Like MMF055294001/Yemi Osinbanjo
After successful transfer, send your POP to them via email

you can do all online, i never visited anywhere to open an account with investment one

Depositing money for weeks and not reflecting in your account is not normal for any of the MMF. I will advice you call their customer care for instant response as to what the issue is. Make sure your evidence of deposit/transfer is intact.

I don't know why you people don't include Investment-One. They have a better rate than IBTC. Have fund in both IBTC and Investment-One, and investment-one perform better.

Why dont you guys try Meristem Money Market Fund or Equity Market Fund. You can withdraw your funds after 30days (Money Market fund). call me on 08178192374, if you need further info.

I have reduced the amount to withdraw to even 1k yet same thing, I never knew anything like this ooo

Only knew minimum account balance to be 5k

This question has been answered many times here. To withdraw all your funds, first get your current NAV from your dashboard, type it exactly into the redemption amount (inclusive of kobo)
NB: the minimum amount to withdraw is 5k

I actually ran both last year to compare n investment one was way better

PLs don't not invest with ARM either aggressive or Discoveryfund. Redemption time you will wait and wait and they won't reply your emails. Be warned. Rather put your money in a trusted savings account with better benefit. I have being with ARM since 2007 and am highly disappointed.
