bodmasfem:I didn't provide a picture. I provided links 2a website that gives u all d information u need 2 have about d refinery. Where d author of d thread got his pictures from is something u need 2 ask him. D important thing is which information about d refinery is right. Which is wrong. U can dispute d facts on d website if u so wish |

Tetehjewels: ![]() Its either you cant peruse one's comments or you are so blinded by your partisan mindset which is so unfortunate! My comments were too simplified and straightforward for you to have erroneously and pathetically missed my point of view! You made a comparison between two administrations:the present and former! Between them which one is supposed to do better or even more? Please be reminded that PMB was not elected to let us know about the failure of his predecessors..There is nothing new there...Thats why he was elected to put things right not to keep resurrecting or rehashing the past! You cant change anything from the past, but that can be done by moving forward! However, using the entire tenure to rubbish an administration when you are still yet to do even close to fair is worse than stupidity and you supporting rather than challenging its leadership only points to your obvious affiliation which to me is worse than asininity! |

Its a private refinery. Buhari doesn't fund refineries. He still has 4 moribund refineries that need funding under his purview http://ngdelta.com/our-business/ogbelerefinery/ |

Tetehjewels:How did FG partner d company to help it increase its capacity from 1,000bpd to 10,000bpd? When did d FG do this partnering? In what capacity did d FG "come on board"? |

Tetehjewels:These are d questions I asked u. Theres nothing in ur article u lifted from punch that spoke of partnership or in what capacity d FG partnered Niger Delta exploration. lexy2014:Below is d introductory part of d punch article which clearly states that d FG was going 2 "unveil". It also clearly stated d owner of d refinery. "The Federal Government on Wednesday disclosed plans to unveil the first modular refinery in the country in the first week of November. The refinery, owned by Niger Delta Petroleum Resources, in Ogbele, Rivers State, is expected to refine 10,000 barrel of crude oil daily." If it was a partnership, it would have so stated in d article. Usually, d FG partners oils companies by providing counterpart funding which they call joint venture partnership. Under this structure, d FG has s certain percentage, while d oil companies also have a percentage. Can u confirm d type of partnership d FG went into with Niger Delta exploration & d other companies that have licenses 4 refining? U can answer d question by telling us d FG input, what its getting from d project& its status after d completion of d project |

Tetehjewels:U are calling others liars in ur attempt to defend d falsehood u posted. According 2u, it was buhari who brought d refinery 2d south south. Yet in one of ur posts, u acknowledged that d refinery was first a 1,000bpd capacity refinery. This was in 2010. So u mean that buhari brought d refinery to SS in 2010? Can u defend ur lies pls? |

lexy2014:Despite how I simplified it for you, you are still obtuse. September 27, 2018As you can see, there are 2 modular refineries on same site. One is 1000bpd which is privately owned. The other one which is 10000 BPD is a partnership involving the FG which is why they are talking about only that and they also went ahead to mention other modular refineries involving them as well in IMO state, etc. You can clearly see the parts I highlighted in red where it says and I quote He said the vision was part of the Federal Government’s 16-point agenda for the development of the region, which was already being carried out in phases. If the project is part of the FGs agenda then how is it solely a private affair? Like I said, being obtuse isn't an excuse |

lexy2014:You are either blind or stupid. There are 2 refineries on same site. One is for 1000 BPD and the one by the FG is for 10,000 BPD. Learn to read and stop being a lazy youth |

Tetehjewels:U don't need 2 insult just state d facts if u have any. Is there anywhere in ur punch article and d company's website that says d 1,000bpd refinery is 4d company & d 10,000bpd refinery is 4d govt? Or it is just a figment of ur imagination? |

Tetehjewels:I have already told u how d FG partners with multinational exploration companies by way of joint ventures. Can u pls state d contribution of d FG 2 these refineries? Was it cash? Did d FG use its money 2 build d refineries? U still saying d govt owns d 10,000bpd refinery but ur article says: "The refinery, owned by Niger Delta Petroleum Resources, in Ogbele, Rivers State, is expected to refine 10,000 barrel of crude oil daily." |

lexy2014:Now I can see you are indeed either blind or stupid. Read again and this time use a dictionary for words you find hard to understand The FG does not need to spell out things to you in ABC manner for you to understand language and its implications. September 27, 2018 |

Shamefully most of don't know the difference between a tank farm and a modular refinery.. That is a tank farm. |

Tetehjewels:This is what I read from d article u shared with me. "The refinery, owned by Niger Delta Petroleum Resources, in Ogbele, Rivers State, is expected to refine 10,000 barrel of crude oil daily." U said its d FG that owns d 10,000bpd refinery but ur article says something different. Seems u didn't read it. Are u therefore a lazy youth? Obviously u have been lying |

Tetehjewels:U have used d word "partnership" yet u haven't been able to explain d structure& nature of d partnership. Y did ur article not use d word& y does Niger Delta exploration not use d word in its website? |

Bobo, there is nothing like comparison here. The topic is about a project in progress which will actually turn to a goal and the guy trying to bad mouth it by saying, is this what he used 4 years to build. So the project should have been completed within two month abi? openmine: |
