Why appoint an AIG as acting IGP when there are someone eligible DIGs in the force who of course are higher ranking officers.

Jonathan did worse, all appointments for southern part were only shared between SE and SS, why SW not complained of marginalisation/nepotism

Too sad for DIG Peace Ibemere Abdalla, she was made a CP in 2016 when Adamu Lafia was already AIG. She became AIG April last year and then DIG three months ago there overtaking him becos of federal character...now she will be forced to retire prematurely once acting IGP Adamu takes over from Idris. God's time truely is the best

For your info, u don't coerce or force someone or some people where to vote in a democratic setting and u don't deny them democratic dividends because they voted in a certain pattern. Very soon, this country will divide and the north will again be like the average Mali, chad, Niger and all other desert countries
