I have a lot of people working in multinational companies who didn't present NYSC certs.

Did Pat Utomi participate, let alone have an NYSC cert.?

What about Saraki (the failed medical doctor) and Ngozi Okonjo Iweala.

The NYSC cert. does not have any academic value. It does not carry a grade and it is not a certificate that you can use to work.

It might be a requirement to getting a job but I know of many surveyor's offices and chambers in Abuja who don't even ask for it. The first place I worked did not even ask for an NYSC cert.

The cert. you use to work is the one that carries an academic value.

So, you should rather say "Did Kemi tender a fake NYSC cert?"

She got her finance job because of her university degrees in courses related to economics and finance.

It's strange how you oppose a southerner CJN for corruption, but support a northerner Ganduje for corruption.
