Ogbomoso Ilorin road? OGA THIS IS A PURE LIE, was in Kwara state in 2015 and passed through that route, IT WAS ALL DUSTY WITH JUST SIGNPOSTS INDICATING "WORK IN PROGRESS" few parts were completed but majority was left in dust as at 2015! (On my way to Unilorin then to attend someone's graduation)

There is no greater evidence than personal experience, I had my NYSC in Niger state between 2011-2012, so I ply all the roads I mentioned. I also live in a railway neighborhood, so I would have preferred shuttling using the train which wasn't available then but was restored towards the end of 2012 and I ply it afterward to Minna several times.

The rail rehabilitation was in two-part Lagos-Jebba (CCECC) and Jebba-Kano(costain), your journey to ilorin must have taken you through the old road and not the expressway. Let me also tell you that GEJ also reconstructed the road from Bida to Mokwa.

Money was paid to GE for the turbines via this initiative.

FYI the Afam power station has installed capacity for over 1200MW one of the biggest thermal station in the country. So celebrating reactivation of 240MW , about 20% of installed capacity of the plants shows its still work in progress.
Kudos to mr Tony Elumelu for his contributions to making Nigeria a better place.

Hmmm, some people seem to amaze me. Which of GEJ project that was almost under completion are u talking about. Is it the one they shared the money and probably dump few things for the constuction work at the site. Pls can u list them for me with pics when Jonathan left. Let me also remind u that Government is a continuity for those that understand what it is all about. U cant come in as a Governor or President and see that there are many uncompleted projects and leave them to start anoher one which may likely not be completed before the tenure ends depending on how massive the project is. It is better u finish all the ones u met on ground first before starting another one. Keep on wailing, all the projects that PMB completed and commissioned have his name written on a plague and pasted on the project. Go and remove it and write ur heros name nah.
