The cjn is not an appointee of the president!!!! Hus role is only to comfort. NJC is the only body vested with the power to recommend. The NJC is the only body vested with the power to suspend a judge. Unless there is a new law hitherto unknown the president men are relying on. This one is not Bihari doing but his men: the cabal!!

The NJC RECOMMENDS and the Presidency APPOINTS.

Learn the difference in both words.

He who appoints can remove.

The NJC is free to then RECOMMEND another or the next in line takes his place.

A governor has constitutional immunity, there is nothing Buhari can do even if the governor rapes his mother. It is after he his removed as governor before he can be arrested and prosecuted. A CJN has no such immunity.

Yes we have laws, but the laws are subject to different interpretations.

There are 3 arms of government who are exentially independent of each other yet in some places overlap and checkmate one another.

Buhari has the powers to give executive orders which becomes law regardless of the judiciary or senate.

He also has the powers to appoint a CJN recommended to him by the NJC. He can also reject that recommendation same way he can suspend his appointee such as the CJN is.
