Which one is lovely sum. As a nairalanders in this section am sure u have seen @spyder and @Raymond put up structures from scratch to finish with the cost implication. What are we here to do, look at pictures or what.....if u can't put a price tag abeg stop showing us.

I think I got your point but this trend may not give detailed prices instead we are going to focus more on material details as work progress.Thanks for that concern

Column erection needs carefulness as a matter of fact all should be erected and confirmed before proper casting.

In each column and basket we have a total of 2lgts of 16mm bar & about ½ of 8mm (steel rope) multiply by 46 columns = 92 pcs of 16mm and 20pcs of 8mm ( only in this stage)

Before the foundation wall formation we used :

1. 4 trips of 10ton Sharp Sand
2. 2 Trip of 1inch and 1 Trip of ¾ aggregate
3. 145 bags of cement
4. 3000 LTR of water
5. 92 lgt of 16mm
6. 20 lgts of 8mm

What's the size of the blocks u r using for foundation and would u continue with it to roof level, if not why?

9inches hole block, thick guage . We have intention of partitioning the rooms with 6inches hole after dpc

However, all external Wall will be 9inches.
