I am a Christian and people know I am. but I am addicted to porn. till now. Sometimes I cease watching after about two days i return to the porn.

This porn addiction really affected my academic performance. Thank God I didn't graduate with the worse result. But my result was bad.


This porn addiction as led to me wasting money. I will buy data and consume within days. and then delete the porn I downloaded because of regrets and repurchase another data to download the porn... that's how this cycle as been.

I know virtually all indecent stars names ( black most especially)...

This addiction as led me to have low self esteem, low communication skills, lack of confidence shyness,lack of self discipline lack of financial intelligence etc.

I need to be delivered from this addiction before it ruin my life.

Unfortunately, guys like u find it hard to get a gal friend. You loose ur self esteem for feel of lack of self worth and many other psychological palaver. Just summon courage, get a gal friend, replace the porn with real sex. Make sure when she wants her space for a while, as all women sometimes do, u keep ur head focused. Its better real than bleep. Over time, the urge to view will be replaced with the real thing. But u must make sure to be faithful to urself. U got a gal friend to replace the the pun.

U can't stop it immediately
it is a process, though I can't guarantee a full stop but you can reduce the no of time u masturbate gradually, gradually till it will reach a point in which u will masturbate only once or twice a week.

What u will have to do is to first let go of that regretful feeling after de act, think of the benefit (to me masturbation is better and safest form of sex no heartbreak, no fear of STD etc)
secondly, u will have to find something to keep u busy like tasking job, or a course(I mean look for a substitute).
thirdly, get a girlfriend or (close)female friend
and lastly have sex (if possible or if u have not had sex before)

Brox... I don't doubt the power if prayer... But ur mind have been conditioned to love sex. It's not a bad thing to love sex. It natural. God made us sexual beings. U have to get real. Get a gal friend. Truth is it's safe not to have sex. But smoochy smooching alone will quell ur urges over time. If it's a gal u really like, u will value her presence more than that poo act of cowardice. Even kissing her alone sends equal satisfaction to ur hungry mind. You feel rewarded for being loved. Same reward hormone that gets secreted after orgasm is released (dopamine). And u feel better, having a sense of self worth and not self sabotage this time. Get busy... idleness is what makes people watch porn. Once you're busy you won't have time for it.
