I've been on this forum for so long and if you know me, you will attest to it that I know my onions when it comes to anything pertaining to PayPal.

It is a good factor to consider when opening any foreign PayPal account.

For example, that of UAE allows withdrawal to supported VISA card while that of Romania allows withdrawal to banks in about ten countries and also supported VISA cards.

a UAE(Dubai) Verified PayPal account and I would be patronizing you soon but I
have some questions before I make my purchase

1. Am an active freelancer with many students, can I use my verified UAE paypal to receive funds from different fiverr(and other websites) accounts without any issues.
2. can I use it to also buy/sell paypal funds with people
3. As regards your UAE Dedicated STATIC VPN IP for 1 year, can I order for a shorter duration like 3-6 months incase UAE paypal is not meant for me. Then what happens after expiry? Do I get to renew it myself or I would have to always contact you whenever I want to renew my uae vpn.

Answer to first question: You could use it without any issue but please confirm if they allow one using one PayPal account for different accounts. Also avoid using the system of adding and removing different e-mails to your PayPal account for the purpose of claiming funds on e-mails.

Answer to second question: You can be using it but PayPal does not officially support using one's account for exchange which means you need to be smart and strategic with doing that.

Answer to third question: Unfortunately! Only a full year subscription is available for now but that of monthly and the likes are being looked into. After subscribing for a year, you could decide to renew it after it expires or you get another one from any provider.

How many dollars do you have in it and was the account opened in your real names?

Am not sure its restricted yet. I think its just part of the verification process. Yes real name.

It's good if it is yet to be restricted. I will advise you send the fund to another account e.g selling it to exchangers or the
likes and close the account.
