Once clicked..will redirect to the actual website of the business.

i said it b4, there's no definite free way to check penalty status of an unregistered domain. Maybe with some paid tools as ideasPro said(I'm not sure, yet)

It's a registered domain. Before I bought the domain, I checked with bannedcheck / com. But when ismywebsitepenalized link was dropped here, I checked with them again and they say the name is definitely penalized. I rushed back to bannedcheck again to check and they say congratulations, the name is not banned from Google adsense.
