let him just indicate it in the form, that he has been banned before, from uk, but no need for a LOE, since the ban was 12 years ago, the ban would have finished by now, the highest uk ban i have seen asides from the life ban, is the 10 years one, so your Friend doesn't need to worry about anything.

Kentz3:
Hello guys I have a question I wll need your suggestions and contributions abt,I have a friend who just got an ITA in express entry and he was banned by UK embassy 12 years ago when he applied for a student visa to go for his bsc program then, please is there need for him to declare this now or he should continue with his application without talking about it, urgent replies wl be highly appreciated.

Ok Thanks, thought so also, and also probably add a notarised affidavit of separation. Just wanted to get other view and be sure I gave the right advice.

She should provide a well detailed LOE explaining the circumstances and attach.

thanks for this. please my cousin also has a similar situation. When she created her account and got ITA she applied as spouse accompanying, but now herself and spouse are separated, and he has refused to do medicals and PCC. She cant change her marital status to legally separated again cause its post-ITA what do you think she can do? Does she have to leave the spouse history placeholder empty now? Thnaks in advance for your response.

Has she started divorce proceedings? She needs a legal document to back up her claims. Else, her application might be refused as incomplete

Please my friend, she is not on this forum but she said I should ask this question, she has OND, HND, PGD and Masters so she is asking if it is necessary to evaluate ond, hnd, pgd or just to evaluate only masters using IQAS or ICES? Please what advice do you have to give her. Thank you
Masters Only.
ICES is better than IQAS

Yesterday made it 12 weeks since ICES got my transcript. Now they've requested that my school provides more info - school that I know would take ages to respond. I don't know whether to just go and sleep or double my fasting and prayer mood. sad cry

Courier... the faster option. Its possible to upgrade to courier if you use standard mail delivery, but you need someone in Canada to pay for you.

Good day everyone and thank you for the continuous advise and support on this thread.

If I received a cash gift and invested same in treasury bills, do i have to provide a gift deed document alongside the tbills certificate? Or is the tbills certificate sufficient?
I provided gift deed document (signed on across #20 seal) alongside TBills certificate (that A4 paper printed on in black and white).

I don't know of any rule about doing it or not doing it.....It depends....i think both will work....so I guess it's a matter of choice.

I can only advice u based on other people's application that I am aware of.....some have gotten PPR, some are already in Canada....while others are awaiting PPR...

D few people I know who got funds from their parents/brothers did a gift deed.

As for me, my spouse had a notarized gift deed done for the funds that were transferred to me (my friends said I shouldn't have) but it was 3k...and I had nothing to lose....

I also know alot of people (couples that didn't use gift deed) just a simple letter from one spouse saying he gave the money to his wife or vice versa to use for POF for the EE process.

I hope this helps....
Elders in the house must have given u a more concrete answer...cos me I be JJC.
All the best with ur application....
Speedy PPR....IJN. Amen

Thank you for your elaborate advice.God bless you.

I read somewhere that citing military training will earn you an extensive review/vetting of your application. You may wish to leave it as work experience alone.

Thank you.

You do not need to transfer funds from your account to hers. You can provide your bank statement since you are an accompanying spouse.
See video on Canada Immigration Channel for details.

Good Day House,

I am currently collating and uploading my documents. My spouse is the primary applicant. Part of the POF, i am planning to send some funds from my personal savings as a gift to support the application. I am obviously a dependant, do i need to do a deed of gift to support this fund or we should just clearly state it in the LOE? Your advise will be highly appreciated.

just state it in your LOE, that she has access to the funds. that should be sufficient

[quote author=Shyee post=75181024]Hallelujah, For the Lord God Omnipotent, HE reigneth.

Guys, it’s PEE PEE AAAAARRRRRR.

While I don’t yet know if this post will be long or otherwise, I will endeavour to share this testimony, not for the anxiety of @raphrulz scoring it, but for those who would benefit from it.

Yesterday morning, my phone fell and had a screen problem, I might have done this earlier and more conveniently on it, but PC is not bad either. Thank GOD.

Congratulations to you!May your way be blessed. PLease, asides this documents stated here, what other documents did you submit as self employed? taxes? Thanks!
