When the investors set up, they create jobs.

Why he mentioned grazing routes was to talk about the major reason for cattle encroaching on farmland.

In the old days there were designated grazing routes but now those routes have been disrupted by development so the best option is ranching.

Buhari was the first to focus on ranching.
