Majority of Nigerian "workers" are definitely not worth bearing that toga because, they are far from workers. They are always out for what they can illegally corner for themselves at the expense of the company/business.

When you attempt at blocking their stealing holes, they get demotivated to work or out rightly sack themselves because "stealing" was what they came to look for and not "work".

So many businesses and lives I have seen them ruined. Very evil people.

You are right, I was a victim of similar incidents few years ago when I shipped in containers from the West, I am glad that I didn't lose my life in the process but I lost a lot of money in the process, if you love yourself, don't bother coming to invest in Nigeria, is either you are killed or your investment will be ruined, I know better now, useless shithole jungle sad

If you own a business you noticed your workers stealing, do not waste time to take a drastic action. People get a sense of entitlement of other people properties when giving free hand to still.
People can Kill you just for trying to prevent them from stealing from you.
