Please guys, I used a 32GB Advance memory card as an internal storage in new Infinix note 5 but it keeps crashing once it is half full and data in it lost. NOTE 5 can take up to 128gb memory card. Can check online or user manual to confirm. The problem is that you bought a very bad memory card

OS update. Immediately you switch on Infinix hot 6x, you will see Operating System (OS) Update notification. Kindly ignore it.

I think it is best to avoid OS update on all Infinix and Tecno products

No...warranty does not cover that...that's a physical damage but they will cut the repair fee for you

My dear nothing is wrong with your phone. I'm using the same phone and I was also having the same issue.
Go and buy flash charger or fast charger your problem will be over. Ordinary charger can never charge note 3 because the phone came with fast charging technology, you must use the same fast charger to charge else you will stay the whole day your phone can never add up. But it will indicate charging. The 2 flash charging signal in front of the battery when charging is to indicate that the phone is on fast charging mode, but when it's only showing just 1 signal it can never charge. Fast chargers are sold for 2k or 3k depending on your location. Do what I told you and your problem will be over. Fast chargers always carry 5A=9A-12 output while ordinary chargers are 2A=5

Over the years, i've learnt that certain things you least expect to be the solution to a prob could actually end up being the best solution possible for that prob.

When it comes to charging your android phone (infinix, tecno, itel in particular), trivial things like usb cable can cause you a real headache while you continue to think that your phone is faulty.

Initially, i'd argue that the usb is just a collection of conductive connecting wires and that as long as the required voltage reaches the target phone there is no reason for it to not charge.

Behold, i was wrong! The quality of usb cable used infact affects the charging efficiency of your phone and effectiveness of your charger. This is because the quality of copper strand used in these wires determine the amount of current that it can conduct from charger to phone. This means that a poor usb cable on an excelent charger (say original infinix fast chargers) will result in a performance similar to a combo of bad charger + usb cable

Now don't get me wrong... I'm not saying that your cable is always responsible when your phone is charging slow. Sometimes your phone might actually need a repair.

All i'm saying is; before you become a regular customer to charger adapters' sellers, you should consider changing your usb cable to fix your slow charging problem.

P.S: Beware, there are fake chargers out there claiming the specifications of a typical infinix fast chargers. These can charge can be so fast that they take just about a century for a full charge. (lolz)

When I tap on my screen to wake, the phone just freezes and then go off and come back on, also some times, the display of the phone will be distorted leading to it going off and not coming on until after a while
