firstly, Android one can be rooted, infact, Infinix Note 5 can be rooted because a friend of mine rooted his via Hhovatek support team. Secondly, what is gcam, ans what does it do?

Gcam can only work on Snapdragon devices
Infinix note 5 is MTK

Gcam also needs cam2api to be enabled on devices before it can work.

:oh hearing such,maybe cos it wasn't from the normal kingroot we all know.

Gcam is Google camera that offers clearer and more detailed camera pictures.

How can you mislead someone by saying it lasts 18+ hours on heavy usage? Phone that lasts highest 10hours on normal usage of browsing, WhatsApp, etc...

I bet you don't even use the phone, or you're a marketer.

Who has noticed that the charge rate doesn't get affected even when u re using or pressing the phone while charging.

I get my normal charge rate even when am using while charging.

Sadly, there is no way to verify Battery life since the graphical representation has been removed. Thus, someone can charge his/her phone to 98% and unplug from the charger so that it wouldn't register as "Full Charge" and still post longer Screen On Time

Heavy usage is relative. We all have different definitions, so I can't tell you that.

All I can say is that on NORMAL usage, you'd get an SOT of 9-10 hours on 4g network. Not more than that.
