7 trips
10 hours
Earning : 5k

This is what happens if uber denies you of setting destination trips, usually I make 17k on Mondays alone

Some riders tho.... Got a pick up request and I called to confirm pick up location.
Me: Good afternoon Ma...you requested an Uber, kindly confirm the pickup location number on street

Rider: where are you?
Me: I'm at Spar Lekki.
Rider: then why are you calling me? You should only call me when you get to my gate. I even thought you were at the gate. Don't call me again if you are not at my gate.
Me: okay ma..have a nice day.
And I happily canceled the trip.
Life's too short to stress myself with unruly riders... Rather than having a bad trip which would boil down to a bad rating I totally avoid such trips.

I dey like this kind yeye riders. After that kind of conversation, I will drive to the pick up location shown on the App, wait for 5mins and cancel afterwards and chop her 300. I no dey drive on Mumu Taxify again

@Fahrenz, I beg to differ cos I believe they are not d same, unless he have negotiation that changes normal standard. You can't drive for 730 days without hindrance from nature or human, will the owner understand? Who take care of repairs? If he drove for 6 months, using his money to fix problem of 20, 30, 40k while keeping to delivery and something of 150k happens in between, what does he do? And owner is trying to salvage his investment with deaf ears. I'll advice anyone to stick to rental and allow the car owner take care of the car, if the load is beyond you, jejely drop it and move on.
Hmmm
I understand you too sir
Thanks for the love

#61,083.50? Profitable?
I don't think so, sir
I did that + #14,000 as net on taxify alone, last week. Now that is profit

If it's denying as a result of too much riders on that particular location. Keep trying or leave that area. After series of attempt , it 'll be given..

I always keep tapping on "set destination" till it connects.
And I tap at times till it asks for selfie to confirm my identity.

This is the best, only that I don't like asking for destination from riders after accepting the request

It will take grace for me not to ask, I think thats d 2nd best smartness after positioning in dis business. Can't start trip and see Redemption camp, Agboju or Covenant university, I pray for purging that day... I'll use mess to finish such rider. The day I got trapped going to Amukoko, I had to talk the rider in, since she is going for a wedding and the traffic may last 2/3 hrs, I plead with her to take bike, rather than wasting her money not moving and wasting my time as well.

Here is a tip about trip to ikorodu.

Don't bother coming to ikorodu anything 4:30pm weekdays. You are likely to regret that trip if it's not a long trip.

The question then is "What is a long trip"?

I will leave that to the elders.

I just don't want rider wahala... You think it's easy for rider after 5th cancellation not to stand his/her ground, you started the trip and you have to finish it. Just pray you don't get trap in an estate where u have to start explaining yourself.
