justwise and other gurus in the house, i paid for IHS on 16th October 2018, visa was denied, however up till now, i have not seen refund. i have mailed and mailed and mail (to UKIV, after 5.45 pounds payment),all i get is apologies plus 15 working days waiting time, i am yet to get my refund, can anyone advise me how best to go about these,i need the money. please advise is needed

It takes about 6weeks to get a refund from the date of refusal

I have started my visa application online and I wanted to ask if there is an option to add my dependants application to mine. I am asking because on the IHS page it says I have no dependants. But on my application form I filled that my spouse and my child will be travelling with me.

Good afternoon. My uncle is in South Africa studying, he has some qualifications. He is thinking of getting UK tier 2 visa which will enable him to work. I just need the best way he can about is application because he applied to some companies, but they are requesting him to pay certain fee inorder to reconstruct his CV.

I think you need to complete separate form for each individual traveling with you

Please I did chest xray for UK visa today but the result was inconclusive. I went to another hospital to repeat the xray but they said my chest xray is normal. Please is there anything I can do about this or can I repeat the test at IOM. I did it in Lagos. @justwise and other gurus in the house please help.

I can understand you feeling worried about the issue but before you go for another test try and read what the rule says about inconclusive test result and go with the latest result to show IOM when you finally go for another test.

The limit was just there for show.. I don't think i have seen a "Rejection" by a UK uni. to any international student especially this trying period that everywhere is red for the Queen and Country

1. UKVI is testing for Tuberculosis, which if its negative there is no issue, if its positive ,the person will ask to be treated.
When you finished your Test, your next step should be taken from what the IOM Doctor said...Did He ask you to go for the Test elsewhere?
Yes IOM will do a test repeat if you so desire because you are paying them.
I think you should have asked what exactly the "inconclusive" meant.

The foundation year is usually tagged along with the main undergraduate years so you'll get the full 4years (if it's a 3 years course)

What's a good reason to defer admission? I accepted a conditional offer at a university but I am still waiting for a response at another university. I thought if I just requested to defer till the next academic year, I would be granted but I am being asked to provide a reason which of course I dont have, other than waiting for other universities.

No it was standard for 3 of us.i got mail but my dependents have not. Don't know why.
