No! The men, Moral institutions(Churches, Mosques), leaders (Religious, Government), and even the societal groups have all contributed their own part to these absurd trend.

Do you know that these had contributed more to population explosion in the country, and If left unchecked could hamper the growth of the nation's economy.

I propose that the government need to sway into these ugly trend and find a way of curbing these to minimum, if properly handled could raise the IGR and create employment for teaming youths wondering the streets, thus getting them Engaged properly.
