Dumbness no good. GDP which is gross domestic product is not IGR- internally generated revenue.

What if Lagos has the same petroleum resources in Rivers state?

What if, what if?

What if Lagos was never the capital of Nigeria and Calabar had been instead?

Lagos is even stunting the development of other parts of the country. Nigerian investors are often lazy and have been concentrating in Lagos. Lagos has an unfair advantage being the capital of Nigeria for over 70+ years.

This list doesn't in any way represent the truth about IGR. Maybe it could represent GDP as it looks closer to accuracy in that aspect. Imo State might have GDP high enough to place on the 5th but the IGR should be like 11th to 13th presently.

You asked a very foolish question. Were you suffering from deafness when it was announced that Folawiyo Petroleum struck oil in Lagos?

Your question was intended to spite and I'll keep knocking sense into your empty head.

You’re obviously a stupid person who no sensible person should join issues with. You can continue arguing with your demented self now.

You say IGR then bring list of GDP. Nigerian education isn't functional I swear.

I surprise o. This cannot be statistically right if it's IGR based. In the South East, Imp cannot generate IGR more than Anambra and Abia but both States are not even on the list.

OP what you put up there is invalid now. Its outdated. You are misleading all Nigerians with this information.
You should have checked the sites very well. This information is obsolete.

Also there is difference between IGR and GDP. Why are confusing us here.

Now for your information the GDP of Lagos is over $100 billion and not that small figure of $33 billion you put there. Go and update the list.

The GDP of Ghana is around $40 to $60 billion and Lagos GDP is larger than Ghana. So if lagos GDP is $33 billion then it means it is behind Ghana. So please correct that information... the GDP of Lagos 2018/2019 is over $100 billion if not up to $150 billio

The state is also known to have a large population as it shares a boundary with Lagos

Oyo does not share any direct border with Lagos.

Leave them, I don't know why they won't just appreciate something good, this is still our Nigeria, it's not that were competing. if Lagos had oil and the south south didn't, those oil companies won't be there.
