392gb? thats someone harddisk space oooo....maybe its file transfer app that uses hotspots like xender or transferring file to your pc using your phone hotspot nd pc wifi

That mobile hot-spot you're seeing is probably all these Xender, MiDrop and those similar apps you transfer files with. It doesn't really deduct from the data you bought (As long as you've disabled "Share Mobile Data" under settings in Xender.)
For the other apps listed there, it seems you browse with Chrome. The browser sometimes deduct about 15MB - 30MB for a single page you open sometimes

I think Xender automatically switch your hotspot on and whoever you're exchanging files with is the beneficiary. It's worse when the person's app auto update when there is Wi-Fi connection. Consider this theory!
