Only about FOUR Parable-Interpretations are included in The Gospels. If you ask Christians WHY Lord Yeshua preached in Parables, you will invariably hear the most stupid answers, and NEVER the REAL REASON: Lord Yeshua preached in Parables SO THAT THE PEOPLE WOULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING. It was not until after the deaths of CEPHAS and PAUL, after 60AD, that THE FIRST GOSPELS were RELEASED. Comparing them with THE BOOK OF ACTS and The EPISTLES, we see how "THE APOSTLES" deliberately deceived the Early Church. For instance, since Lord Yeshua told them that The Kingdom of God would come in Glory in the lifetime of those who stood with him, they therefore told the Church that Lord Yeshua was coming back very soon. After nearly 30 years, there was no sign of Lord Yeshua Returning, so CEPHAS had to COVER-UP. Coming up with that GOD doesn't care about Time- or words to that effect. Lord Yeshua SAID he would Return in the Generation that saw ALL of the MATTHEW 24 SIGNS come to pass at once. Since THE TRUE GOSPEL has NEVER been preached in ANY Nation, there was NEVER a chance that Lord Yeshua could have Returned. Notice that CEPHAS' "Return of The Lord" is DIFFERENT from what is preached nowadays. CEPHAS THOUGHT that Lord Yeshua would Return to DESTROY EVERYTHING in an EXPLOSION- and that THAT WOULD BE THE FIRST THING WE WOULD KNOW. CEPHAS did NOT believe in any sort of "RAPTURE:" secret or otherwise. He was there when Lord Yeshua explained how he would Return, so the only explanation I can think of is that HE WAS DELIBERATELY SUPPRESSING THE ACTUAL TEACHINGS OF THE LORD. Remember that NO ONE ELSE had access to THE GOSPELS until AFTER he died. THE BOOK OF REVELATION would not be written for nearly 100 years after his Death, when YOCHANNAN was exiled to PATMOS to die, after an attempt to FRY him like Puff-Puff failed. He did not believe in any SEVEN-YEAR TRIBULATION to PRECEDE The Return of The Lord. And fasting confers immunity for you for every 30 days? Instead of being a lab assistant, why don't you consider a career in pastoring so that you can stop using modern drugs and be telling your brethren to cure malaria with fasting. I cannot even bother to set you straight by typing epistles, you're not worthy of such time and knowledge. Your foolhardiness no be here. Stop being a fool dude, at this your age? |

This means God only loves Born Again's. Loving someone is wanting the best for that person. To the believer, Being saved will be the best thing that can happen to one. If God only loves Born Again's , why do people evangelise?? Why would God want something good to happen to people he hates?? Because if he hates them, he wouldn't want anything good For them, hence he wouldn't want them to be saved. IT IS VERY RUDE TO TELL AN ELDER WHO HAS BEEN PREACHING THE GOSPEL SINCE BEFORE YOU WERE EVEN BORN TO "READ YOUR BIBLE AGAIN." I guess we're even then.. Hi. I see that you updated your thread and that you are still calling attention to it. I am answering it now because it seems to me like you may actually want to hear answers. I cannot tell what really goes on in a human heart so I am not assuming anything concrete about you. But, hopefully, our conversation will make things clearer for you. To begin, I am a Christian, a believer in Jesus Christ and a committed follower of the Bible. This is the position from which I will be answering you. Next, I do not guarantee that my answers will satisfy you (in fact, this is connected to your main question) but I guarantee that they will be true. As to your questions... Question #1: Why are some people saved but not others? Answer #1: The short answer is Free Will. In other words, the difference between one person who is saved and another who is not is only that the former wanted and chose to be while the latter did not want or choose to be. That is all. The place of preaching in all that is only to offer the Means of Salvation to anyone who may be willing to take advantage of it. It is true that very many believers think that preaching to someone because "the Spirit" led them to that person means that that person will be saved once they hear what they have to say. But that they think it does not make it true. It would only be true if the Bible says that that is how it works. But it doesn't say that at all. What the Bible teaches is rather that we proclaim the Cross of Christ to those who are perishing so that if they choose to believe it, they will be saved. It also teaches that the Gospel should only be preached where it is wanted. We believers are not to give holy things to dogs or cast our pearls before swine. Also, we are responsible to identify receptive hearers to whom we may preach wherever we go. Otherwise, the very act of preaching may result in harm to us. There is also the danger of making a neutral unbeliever hostile to the Truth of Christ by proclaiming the Gospel to them before they are ready to hear it. This is what the Bible teaches about preaching the Gospel. It is not that the Holy Spirit could never lead us to specific people to preach to. He certainly could if He wants to. But it is always a bad idea to assume that an emotion is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit never leads us to violate the teachings of the Bible. Question #2: If God wants everyone to be saved, why are some saved and others not? Answer #2: Some atheists have presented this as proof of the impossibility of omnipotence: if God desires something and does not have it, then it is because He is unable to cause it to be. But this is not true. God does want everyone to be saved. But He also wants people to be saved only if they want to be saved. In other words, the answer here again is Free Will. God's Will is that only those who want to be saved will be. But He made provision for everybody's Salvation regardless whether they want it or not. This is because He does wish for everyone to be saved. Question #3: Is anyone truly Christlike? Answer #3: To begin, Christlikeness is not a biblical term. But it is not a false concept. It is just an easy one to misunderstand and read wrongly back into the Bible. It is often defined purely in terms of behavior, and that is the problem. First off, only the Lord Jesus is perfect. In His first advent, He was perfectly righteous in all that He did. And He was the only One capable of being so. The rest of us were born with corrupted bodies so that we cannot escape sinning completely. We always stumble. Of course, as we grow spiritually, we get better at behaving like Christ. But we will never be perfect like Him while we live in this world. Second, the main thing in which Christians are like Christ is in their trust in God. The Lord Jesus as a Human Being trusted perfectly in the Father. This was to set an example for us. It is in Faith that we take after Him. And believing in Him is believing in the Father. So, true Christlikeness involves growing faith in the Lord Jesus and the attendant improvement in behavior (what we call sanctification). It is not really perfect behavior. That is impossible in this life. Question #4: How is Hell fair? Answer #4: Nobody will go to Hell merely because they sinned in this life. All sin has been paid for. But nobody can benefit from that payment if they do not accept it as sufficient for fixing their relationship with God or if they do not want the relationship fixed. Those who will go to Hell are just those who do not believe in the Lord Jesus. We are all sinners helpless in our condemnation. So, Christ paid for us all. But only those who want to be saved from Hell and who are content to depend on Christ's Sacrifice for them will actually be saved from Hell. The above explains why one person who committed a seemingly harmless sin would go to Hell the same as another person who committed a very grievous one. All sin is sin even if some sins are worse than others. God hates all sins and will punish them all unless there is a Sacrifice for them. As for why those who go to Hell are not prevented by perhaps an early death from sinning and going to Hell, as I already said, this life is all about free will. We have to make the choice whether we want to submit to God and become part of His Eternal Family or we want to continue in rebellion against Him and therefore be rejected by Him and thrown into the Lake of Fire in the end. To every exercise of volition however, there are consequences attached 4. God says, "choose life that you may live" Salvation cannot be forced on anyone. It is a free gift that must be taken or regected! All the evangelist says is "I was lost but found...the way of freedom is this Jesus...take it"! This free will stuff, I didn't mention God Forcing any decision on anyone now. I said God, should be able to create the conditions required for the individual to make the decision God wants him to make. And if the individual doesn't make the decision, that simply means the situation wasn't right for it. So I'm not arguing against man's ability to make decisions. |

The whole point of free will is that the individual should be completely free to choose what God does NOT want them to choose if that is what they prefer. Thus, perfect conditions for Salvation are created all the time for all people everywhere to repent and be saved. But people must still choose to be saved. Many people choose to not be saved no matter what conditions they are subjected to. To further illustrate, the world today is full of pain and suffering. Atheists love to use that as their excuse for rejecting God. But in the Millennium when the Lord Jesus rules absolutely over the entire world, the planet will be as perfect as it could be with sinners still living on it. That is, there will be no suffering except as punishment for breaking the law (which is a strong example of the perfection of that time: the wheels of justice will be fast and unstoppable). In spite of this, by the end of that thousand years, there will be a massive uprising against the global Government of Jesus Christ. So, regardless whether people are subjected to pain and suffering or they are given perfect enjoyment, as long as their power to choose is retained, there is nothing that can make them choose what God wants except themselves. That is why the Bible says that man was created in the "Image of God". We are god-like with the power of choice. But, of course, we can only choose from among the options that God Himself gives us. We are not free to do just whatever we want. |
