You can't open the blocked account without admission letter... I will advice you to open a fixed deposit account here In Nigeria or better still find an alternative means of saving without touching it

1. Check the certifying rules of the school some will strictly tell you to do that at the German consulate others will allow you to do both in high courts or the consulate.


2. If you are talking about uni assist they do accept printed copy of waec cert but you have to send along your scratch card along.. (NB i guess they will be starting this 2019 winter)


3. If I may ask what's the course you are applying I guess it's either Mbbs , dentistry or pharmacy any of the case the hochlschustart.de is mainly for EU/EEA applicants or anyone that has his arbitor (the German high school cert)
READ their terms very well any course the requires hochlschustart.de for a non EU/EEA student then you need to apply directly

If you haven't submitted it to uni-assist you can go and certify it now if not they will still have to send you a mail to tell you that you have incomplete docs so you can send the certified ome... Or better still you can mail the certified one to them and explain the situation to them that's if you have already sent the uncertified one

Open new Normal saving account, you won't collect ATM card, you won't download the app, just use it as main saving.
Trust me it helps when the money complete ,then you do the needful

Please where can I certify it? I thought certifying a document means having a recognized stamp and signature?
Isn't his own stamp and signature enough?

Don't be confused, the grading system they're requesting for is on your undergraduate transcript. Its the place where your university stated their grading system. Uploading your complete transcript gonna resolve it.

my guy has proved beyond reasonable doubt that he really got the summer place instead of the winter the school start in his chosen university so I thinkbhe should try and give us a tipbof how he did it when he fully settles down
And that also proves what I say about Germany its per head what rocks your boat might sink mine so Germany waka is per head people have gone to Germany without SL or BA and people have been rejected even after funding some SL have received AM after two weeks while some BA has stay longer so na per head .

Is there any reason you can't make it to DE this summer? If yes write to them to defer your admission I guess it will be accepted since they said it's valid for a year

At times, the embassy act unprofessional with student's visa application. I have seen several scenarios where the embassy forgot to send the application to the applicant's Alien office. It was after direct contact with the Auslanderbehorde that we got to know that Lagos was yet to forward the student's application.
