On the whois matter, have you clicked on the "update" button? It's that blue sign that looks like a recycling logo under the domain name itself.

I believe that's the source of the problem. When it's updated, your details should appear as the registrant.

If they dont av your time, even if u send 30, dem no go reason u.
Worst case scenario, they limit u from sending until after 24hrs.
