I read through the last 2 or 3 pages and I see this same thing running through: PASSION.

The people against Buhari are very passionate bunch. There are no people who are really passionately against Atiku.

It was Passion that removed GEJ. It is PASSION that ensures block votes. It is PASSION that brings out the voters. It is PASSION that is making someone like me "support" PDP in the Presidential elections.

I dont want to go into this argument in this thread but let me do it once and for all.that someone is hated doesn't mean he will lose.uduaghan was hated yet he won because of pdp structure.same thing happened in cross river senatorial polls.most voters are in the rural areas and are not very enlightened,they usually vote en bloc for one party,mind you the ballot has no candidate's name but party logo.many thumbprint one party throughout out.therefore half of those voting agege,uduaghan,Joel onowakpo will also thumbprint for apc in the other papers.
There's also the belief that voting buhari will make it easier to remove failed governors like okowa,ayade etc.again,any local government that is dominated by stalwarts of a particular party usually goes to that party or a narrow loss suffices.politics in nigeria is all about interests not only sentiments.

you are the funny one here, I never said Buhari will even win Delta state to start with, I just stated some hard facts that he is likely to clear some LGA. Are you even from Delta State?, what do you know about the state?, when last did you visit the state? I don't want to start a debate with someone from Osun or Alaba, I have some PDP hardcore brothers from Delta state on this forum and we just argue constructively, Jasonscolari is a PDP man from Delta state but he won't even write off the possibilities of Ogboru giving PDP some tough time like you just did.

Let me even burst your head a little, 2015 elections is very different from this one, In 2015 everyone campaigned for GEJ, even Ogboru who wasn't a PDP card carrying member campaigned for GEJ, in 2015 the only person supporting APC was O'Tega, even Omoagege wasn't a member of APC then, Also put in mind that GEJ was considered a son of the soil, now fast forward to 2019, APC is deeply rooted in Delta state, with heavy weight politicians decamping to the Party, and let me even remind you that Delta state is a multi Ethnic state, each group with their different interests. The itsekiri's are heavily campaigning for APC not because of anything but because they feel it's their turn to produce the next senator, while the Ijaws are sticking with PDP because their interests are more protected in the party.

Olorugun Otega is from Ughelli while Oboro is from Uvwie, she is the one facing Omo-agege at the polls, I kinda like her courage thou, she will be the first female Urhobo politician to contest for that position. She is smart I must say.
