You need the right Bluetooth drivers for your system. Don't forget that just because the icon is driven doesn't mean it has the updated/Compatible drivers.

1. Uninstall the Bluetooth device and delete the driver alongside. By going to device manager >> Right click on Bluetooth>> Uninstall (be sure to check the "delete driver software" - Restart.

2. You will need internet for this one.
Either you
A. Go to the same device manager, but this time after right clicking, you click on update>> update automatically.
This installs required Bluetooth driver.

Or

B. You pay a visit to the laptops manufacturers website. There, you will find actual drivers for your PC on their support pages

This usually occurs when the system fails to read an OS from any storage device.
Try re sitting ur Hard drive, if it did not work then try reinstalling the OS cause chances are that ur OS is corrupt. If is still didn't fix it, I suggest u budget for a new hard drive

By using any boot able device like CD-ROM or usb flash drive to format ur system.
Steps :
Find a key from the function keys that will pop up bios boot menu (usually F12 in hp)
Then select the device u plugged in to boot from.
But I recommend u watch a DIY clip from YouTube to avoid mishap

Try from F8-F12
Depending on the type of formatting, if u don't want to to loose your files u will have to do partial formatting. N get back ur files from windows.old after formatting.

he probably didn't put a compatible fan. It goes of cause of the protective measure of the processor which is to trip off if the fan sensor fails to signal its activity.
There is a way to tweak these feature in the bios
Try a professional technician

install fully activated window on d system...or u can activate it using Windows 10 activator

Switch to other network provider (say MTN, Etisalat) that's different from the current network provider (say Glo) you use and browse with it for a while.

After that, you can switch back to the one you use.

try this out
Remove the battery and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Then try powering it with only the charger adapter.
