The 28 day rule, please can you advise..
My last payslip was paid on the 25 jan and say I planto apply on Friday the 15th, is this stil within?

Also, my payslips are on company letterhead, do I still need letter from employer to validate

yes i think it should.. i am using this website to calculate mine .. it is helpful to calculate the 28days rule.

I haven't applied yet, but it does state in the requirement list to have a letter from employer... mine was from HR stating my employment details, salary and start date

So while filling the form, we put the latest USA refusal details to the form but forgot to add an earlier refusal usa detail too... Please how best can we go about this?

Biometric hasn't been done yet neither have we submitted supporting documents

You can explain it in ur covering letter and send the refusal letter as well.

I am taking the position that online form is already submitted.....


Simply include a letter in your document package(submissions to Sheffield), explaining oversight.......

Ensure with all your other documents, every i is dotted and t's crossed........

So just a cover letter will do ..? As we cant recover the refusal letters

booked biometrics for tomorrow but received an email saying it was cancelled.
and another email within the hour confirming appointment booked.

tried to change appointment but there was none available & can't change to ikoyi.. no option.

If you can make yourself available tomorrow, just attend it..... Avoid plenty stories..... They never pick up from previous responses........
