Quotasystem is a very good example of the educated and privileged Northerner who will continue to use their poor, unenlightened and underprivileged people as political capital. I have come across many of his comments on this forum and I feel sad by them.

They have to take the bull by the horn and tackle the root cause - too many of these poor folks are pushing out unneeded and unplanned children with such reckless and careless abandon and then wait for one alhaji to take up the responsiblilty. That's the almajiri system and it's the BIGGEST obstacles to economic prosperity in the north.

I stayed in the north for a number of years so I'm speaking from experience. It's a real crisis and it's sad our politicians are doing virtually nothing about it.
