Maybe they are just shy or finding it uneasy to loosen the hard impeded orientation of not being at ease with civilian men encoded in them by the top brass men to chain them to only them. What you are doing is a noble course so please dont relent easily otherwise what will be the difference you make. Maybe its your call. A beautiful course to bridge the gap. Queenluci, from the replies and feedback here so far don't you think its better and will be more productive to take this campaign to your fellow African ladies and even guys in the military. Tell them to treat innocent civilian men humanely as done by their counterparts in civilized climes and develop a less loathful and intimidating attitude towards them for their own marital (and otherwise) good. As you can see that they may need those "bloody civilians" las las. That way, you or no one else, will have to advertise them before men will appreciate initiating and having a worthwhile relationship with them.

Do cut me some slack on the English errors but focus, assimilate and enjoy the sense therein and conveyed as i'm usually too preoccupied mentally with other imperatives to dot the t's and cross the i's (pun intended) or proof read. Combined with an on the screen keyboard app that is not as fast as my brain and as accurately responsive to my typing when replying with tablet as well as not so fat keys when replying with phone. Though, often, i try to make corrections after seeing the obvious errors when quoted like ive done to that post.
