Nigerians are smarter than we give them credit for. They know that it was PDP that plunged us into the economic turmoil we are trying to get out of. Why would they - just 4 years later - all rush to vote in PDP again? With Atiku at the helm? Haba.
This PDP that plunged you into turmoil had migrated to APC to even deal more wickedly with you but you are just too young to understand it.

Mediocrity is the bane of Nigerians. Femi do you need proof where ibe kachiukwu and hell rufai have proposed what Atiku said about NNPC?

This Mediocrity like you displayed cannot make Nigeria great in our time.

He gave you the head of the team.

The leader determines the path to follow.

Sorry brother, you're really not in touch with reality in this country. You thought Aisha Buhari was bluffing when she said her husband is not in charge of the affairs of the country but rather three strong cabals who she refused to mention?

Watch the APC presidential campaigns in Delta, Kogi, and Kano State, you will know that Buhari has lost his mind and not aware of whatsoever. Get your ears down and understand Buhari is not your leader but some sets of illiterates running dragging this country in the dust.

Buhari is not HEAD of whatsoever... Get informed.

pls, Bros and Sists, let's tell ourselves the truth, both Atiku and Buhari we are clamoring about are not the best options for us Nigerians.
we youths should use this energy we're wasting arguing about old people and thieves who have not our interest at heart. we're young, energetic, strong with fire in our hearts to change this country.
how can old people who are only interested in enriching their families members, rule us again and again? we're in information age now, not stone or industrial ages, how can an iron age man inform us, what is he gonna tell is? (talking about Lai Moh) all we do is follow this people (in the likes of OBJ) whom we know are highly corrupt, every election we refuse to think well extends our 4years of calamity. get wise now

What Nigerians are you talking about.,?

Buhari won on the strength of almajiri. That was where he crushed atiku.
Atiku lost majorly in Kano, Kastina, yobe. Those are not exactly the smartest Nigerians out there.
They probably voted for buhari because he is a better Muslim than whatever atiku plans to do with the NNPC.

Buhari lost among educated Nigerians.
He lost in the highbrow areas of Lagos, he lost in Abuja, he lost in the east.
Those are the smartest places in Lagos.

4 words actually. However I think "I'll enrich my friends" hurt him more. Some may see the sense in selling NNPC but no one will support him using it as a way to enrich his friends which is what it sounded like. That was a huge blunder. Did you guys notice SS/SE governors were not really gingered for this election. Yes they hosted when he came to their states but I don't get the sense they did a lot. Frankly, I'm not sure they really want Atiku to win

You should be far more than this.
Stop following the illiterate bandwagon. Of what use is NNPC as a government corporation?
Till date, not a single working refinery. Just issue oil licenses, sell crude for FG and share money.
The corruption in that corporation is mind boggling. Most oil producing countries worldwide
have since

That's the core mandate of NNPC. So you want Atiku's friends, which he promised to make rich to be in charge of selling crude, issuing licences and sharing our crude sales?
Russia experimented with selling their oil corporation, they regretted it and had to buy the various components of their oil corporation back at huge expense. That's was how people like Abrahamovic became instant billionaire.

Buhari will sell NNPC and people will clap for him. It's actually on the agenda of APC to sell the refineries and they have sold part of the oil & gas JV to reduce Nigerias share to 40%. Howevet, NAME & INTEGRITY is every thing. Maybe it is too complex for guys like you to understand.

The highbrow areas in Lagos you claim is Eti-Osa which he won narrowly. Other places Atiku won was Ojo, Amuwo, are those highbrow areas as well? Buhari won in Ikeja which has high brow areas so what's your point? Fact is most Nigerians know how we got here and if anyone genuinely wants to win, they have to acknowledge how we got here but provide a plan on how to get us out faster than the present government is doing. Anything other than that, people realize you're just trying to bamboozle them.

Have you not wandered why Atiku wins high brow areas like the capital and rich urban areas, while Buhari wins the poor villages and ghettos?
It is simply that the lazy elites are not finding it easy anymore. No easy money to throw around as most of the loopholes are being blocked. Abuja is now a ghost of itself. I see many oloshos relocating to Lagos as patronage has drastically reduced. I see many corpers coming to Lagos from Abuja to search for jobs, which was the reverse just a couple of years ago.

Abacha's corruption was way less than during Jonathan. During Abacha, corruption was restricted to him and his family members ( he was selfish ), so even when crude prices went as low as $8, we managed to survive.
During Jonathan, corruption was democratised and liberalised. Dasuki was sharing money like confetti. Alison Madueke and her boyfriend friends were using dollars for tissue paper. Even though crude sold for over $100, before Jonathan left he was borrowing from world Bank to pay salaries.

Atiku should never be trusted with the national treasury. He is an expert at looting. Because Buhari has his shortcomings doesn't mean i should hand over the nation's destiny to a world reknowned thief, an economic armed robbers. grin
Re: The 3 Words That Sunk Atiku's Presidency by Counselor123: 7:49am On Feb 26, 2019
I think these three had much negative impact on the perception people have

1. Making his friends and family rich. He even defined corruption as same. Meaning that only few people may benefit from it as against the general masses

2. Selling of NNPC- We have not benefitted from previous assets of government sold. So, we are not certain this will help us at all or serve the personal interest of some few people.

3. Floating of dollar - While I appreciate the principle of demand & supply how market forces should determine the price of commodities, we have not forgotten how dollars went to N500 during GEJ regime. The high dollar rate affected the economy adversely. Only few people who make dollars from abroad or those who are close to govt benefitted from it.

These three when critically looked into, you will doubt if Atiku will really deliver the better economy we desire.

The major thing he was able to sell well to the south is Restructuring. Though there are some reservations to it too but it worked well for him

Since you want to talk, how much of Abacha loot has been recovered till date? Didn't even know there where small thieves and big ones.
