A whole Senate president feeling funky while gallivanting across the country to form political Don dada has been relegated to oblivion just because of stupid pride and greed. His last hope of political resurrection would have been an Atiku presidency which will never happen. Saraki has become an ordinary Nigerian like you and i in a jiffy all because of a miscalculated defection. No more sirens, armed convoys, no more access to Abuja and kwara treasury. When he colluded with opposition to emerge senate president, he thought he was doing Buhari not knowing he was digging his political grave. Humility and tactfulness is key in politics. Asiwaju has been out of power for over a decade but still relevant and powerful. The overrated pompous saraki whose political sagacity has been about his ability to betray and backstab has been deleted into the trash can of national politics. I hope the Federal government bares it's fangs on saraki and use him as a scapegoat for upcoming dubious charlatans

If he was intelligent he wouldn't have decamped. He made so many wrong moves and that led to his defeat.
I am sure all of them are coming back to APC, including Atiku. They can't survive without access to public funds.

Orji Uzor Kalu had been facing defeats since his tenure ended as governor. Twice he contested for elections and lost. Didn't he just win a senatorial seat?

Fayose was defeated by Fayemi, yet he bounced back and defeated him after 4 years. The same Fayemi bounced back again after his loss.

Ribadu joined PDP and people said that was the end of his political life. Isn't he among the most relevant people in Adamawa APC today?

Kwankwaso was defeated by Shekarau. It took him 8 years to bounce back to power. Another 8 years later, he has lost out. Nobody can say what will happen to him in the next 4 or 8 years time.

I have given all these examples just to let you know that it's too early to decide the future of Saraki. Just let the new people that have gained the power manage it first. In the next 4 years, Kwarans will decide if the new guys are truly better. That's how Kogi people were desperate to end the rule of PDP in their state. They got what they wanted, but have never rested since Yahaya Bello came into power. Let's not be too much in a hurry to conclude that it's over for Saraki.
