ChaleeBendel:That is not how the court weigh evidence. What they might be looking at is, assuming the evidence is true as presented in the video surveillance; will the result of that polling unit of LGA be enough to produce a different outcome in the election? If the answer is NO, then Atiku will come empty handed. The highest that could happen is for the court to invalidated the election results of some polling units or areas where the opposition have been able to prove fraud, even after that Atiku will still fall short. If the margins between both candidates was very thin, then moves like these have a high chance of paying but for a 3-4million vote deficit, it will be a difficult task. Remember that, the court will also assume that the votes casts in places, where fraud was not successfully proven are legitimate and valid and they have to take into consideration the fact that, overturning the whole election will invalidate those vote, plus the number of votes in questions are not enough to produce a different outcome. |

Ruling Nigeria shouldn't be only on one specific tribe We should revisit our constitution because it is not fair. The Northerners has the most population put together. No-one should cheat his/her way through election. If, it happens once without being checked or contested against. It will happen again. My recommendation is that each State in Nigeria should be counted as 1 vote (the candidate that wins that State as 1 and so on) no matter the population. The Candidate should satisfy winning in at least one of the newly defined geopolitical zone of the country and the FCT as the decider vote (at score 1/4 of electoral votes, if there's a tire. We should also have voting week, where voting will be open to voters prior to the D-day of voting. This is necessary to present shutting down the economy because of voting. It will also increase more voting participation. |

Atuku holds the aces. He's thrown down the gauntlet. He caught Buhari pants down. This election is everything but credible. In the process, Buhari assaulted the collective will of Nigerians and must be brought to justice.
