I do not think 100M is to much, after all Ousmane Dembele with nearly the same skill-set went for 120 going to 140. If we could get Sancho, I think we are basically set for the next 8 years on attack.

We did it with Fred, Sanchez and it has not worked out well.
Having said that Martial, Pogba, Sancho with Rashford at CF will be a great force.

I would go for an established RB like Meunier right now. This would give Dalot 1-2 years to develop.
