Why don't you have a rental agreement though?

A legal proof of accommodation should be submitted.

Yes u would do premasters then proceed to Masters... birmingham city Uni ac epts third class holders in the business courses. Ulster uni too dey got branch in London and brum.

My concern is that in applying to the uni for this course, I used a CV with inflated years of experience compared to the one I previously submitted to the UKVI before i went on holiday in the UK. Will that in any way affect my chances when applying for a Student Visa?

FIRST of all, Lying is not good nor honourable. While growing up, we all used to say “all liars will go to ... “

Second of all, why someone would submit a CV for a standard visitor (tourist visa) is a bit of an overkill.

In your application, I am sure you ticked off the little box which specifically mentioned that you should be treated according to the laws if you are later found to have falsified anything.

Back to your question:
Either one of two things will happen:
Either your sins will find you out and you are denied the visa, or the supreme being you believe in (Allah, God, Buddha or ifa) will give you another chance.

In conclusion, I hope you do well in your course inspite of the lies you have had to make.

And to all Nairalanders reading this, I suggest you (we) try to always be as honest as possible so that our consciences doesn’t prick us and we run to Nairaland to seek assurances from Justwise.

You are asking this question too late because no answer will prevent what may or may not happen.

If yes then I'll just speak with the school and tell them I made a mistake on the CV i submitted and ask to send the correct one. If they refuse i'll just abandon that school and apply to another.
My admission offer is conditional as I haven't paid anything yet.

Your CV will not be sent to the embassy but it will be registered in the CAS system along with other documents you sent to your school

Each school has their modus operandi, some may not release your CAS if you don't show account statement.

Please, I hope receiving deposits of 100k to my bank account doesn't pose any threat to my 28 days counting and my visa application in general.
The money hasn't reduced below the total amount for my tuition bal and maintenance at any time.
I received a deposit of 100k. I hope it has not spoilt my counting .

I read through ukvi financial requirements, it doesn't state anything against it anyways but I would like to get your views from personal experiences

1. An Uncle cannot sponsor A TIER 4 VISA.
Only Yourself, Parents.
Relatives can give you money but you cannot tell UKVI they sponsored you , of course it shows that person didn't read guidelines of studying in the UK.
And they would believe if you didn't read basic Visa rules,how can you prove you are ready to study?
I am so shocked that you didn't know she was going to have an interview even if this person is going for Foundation Degree, I expect her doing better as per UKVI guidelines.

Every Visa application is accessed individually, even if you had been denied UK Visa previously. It does not stop you getting at another time as long as you never had fake document submitted previously, misrepresentation etc.
If this travel is to boost your chance of getting your student visa ,I will advice you don't , focus on getting the study visa,if its for genuine visit you can sure go ahead.
Stay positive.
People have come here to say they been denied UK, US and Canada and still got UK study visa.
N.B
If your refusal has nothing to do with misrepresentation, terrorism , offences. No it won't affect you.
