Please i need your candid advice, i have been able to raise 800k and for now am left with two choices, am a graduate and the only son of my mom so i need a better life.

Pls i have an agent who will do for me a work visa for a security job in Dubai, salary 220k, i will pay a total of 800k for the visa and flight.

Please is it adviseable i travel or i use the money and rent a house here in nigeria. I have searched for job for over 3 years here in lagos all to no avail.

Please how is life in Dubai? What are your suggestions, should i go or stay.

Please,for God sake dont deal with that agent.
Most of these agents are scam.They will promise you heaven and earth,when you get to dubai,you will be left stranded.They will collect all your money and disappear into thin air.

Let me be sincere with you,is no more rosy in Dubai unlike few years ago,to get the security job now,you go waka tire.

If you are still bent on going to dubai,will advice you get a 3 months visiting visa,when you get there search for jobs yourself,dont fall mugu to any agent.

Are you even sure the agent is real?

Are you sure the job you are hoping on is real and have received invite for it?

800k is nothing considering after your flight fee and others have been deducted (that is if the trip is confirmed).

Best thing be very sure of where you are leaping before jumping.


My best advice is you leave Lagos since you are already tired of finding job, just go to a less expensive state (maybe Ibadan, ekiti) and invest in a business

By the way.., make sure you trust that agent like 1000%! Also make sure the 800k is out in an escrow account and until you get to Dubai safely before the funds are released to him.

For someone who is ambitious and want more. Settling for a security job might be an issue. So think it through.

Bro don't go Dubai o.... Dubai is not conducive for Africans especially Nigerians, use that money and invest in something reasonable..... That agent can never give you any security job when you get there, he just wants your money, be careful.... I wrote this from experience

Hmm....I know many Nigerians roaming around Nairobi, who got promised by agents to get them jobs in Dubai and only to get there to meet something else, instead of heading back to Nigeria they divert to Kenya!

Go to travel section bro!,you might be receiving advice from some people that hasn't even reached airport.




But for me they are nice business you can do with that 800k in Nigeria then calm down save more and travel to a more job available country maybe Canada.



But if you insist Dubai..... damn! 800k is too much or does it includes hotel reservations?,you can do all these yourself, check first with a tourist visa, flight and hotel, feeding for few weeks won't even cost you up to 400k if properly planned.
