Please fellow nairalanders, I've been battling with the issue of snoring lately, maybe due to extreme tiredness or genetics, I don't know! I'm with a moderate body, very athletic and somehow muscular.
My girlfriend is very understanding and I've always told her to please hit me up when I suddenly starts snoring so as to adjust my sleeping position.
This is an unconscious act that happens without the knowledge of someone. I don't want to be a burden to anyone, how long will someone endure this around me
Please suggest any remedy to curb or control this abnormalities......

I'll advise you eat boiled corn and pear every night before you sleep. It has nutrients that help curb snoring. I've been using it for years now. Also, sleeping face down reduces the chances of snoring.

Thanks a lot, I'll try getting those you mentioned, but the issue is that I live in a remote area!

Not always, the corn is seasonal and the pear is mostly in the east I guess, I'm currently in the north!

ok but you can always buy it during it's season.
Eat at least 2 boiled corn with 8 pear daily (at night).
