Ok thanks sir.. I was asking because somebody was telling me i need to go with office leave permission, bank statements, office salary pay roll, office id card and i was like all these stress when i never read where dem ask person for am for this Thread..

Ps: from most people's interview receipt here they didn't ask for more documents than i stated it was more of a conversationation stuff than documents..

But please i will like to know if u feel more documents may be required i await your response..

Oga, First off, You sound like a broken records forgive my irritation here but your narrative as to why you were not given a VISA is totally wrong I got mine on a VIRGIN passport and NOT MARRIED. the reason as to why the VO deny Visas is based on their own knowledge, From all you have been writing on this THREAD your desperation to abscond is very glaring, and i am sure the VO saw that too. I guess you should work on your ties, learn from here and also from QUORA.COM and you could stand a chance of getting it next time. people come up with different lies and its the Duty of a VO to detect it and of course sometimes Innocent travellers become victims of the high handedness caused by others. Today I have an interview scheduled by 12pm for me and my family(hubby and 3kids). I cant say I've read this thread thoroughly, but I've learnt a few tips. pls help.
We are first time travelers, no travel history. Hubby is the sponsor. I'm into packaging of local agricultural produce for sales.
We stated we are going for 6 days vacation in Florida, specifically to visit Disneyland in April. Hotel reservations booked and printed.

I was issued 221G after my drop box on 31st of January. But was issued this morning after an intense 20-30mins interview. My advice is that you go prepared with all your docs that explains that you were not working while in the US.

Oluwole will get you a lifetime ban. My friend has less than 200k in her statement, her pay slip showed she could comfortably afford her trip and she was issued a visa. Do not let anyone discourage you from applying as long as you have genuine intentions. I left this forum for almost 5 days before my interview cos I did not want any negativity. I had positive vibes before my interview and it paid off. Interview day I zoned out voices and could only see people rejected without hearing their responses. Positivity and prayers always works.

Cover your base. No two interviews is the same. Go with all you mentioned, you can never tell. I've been asked for bank statement before. I didn't go with it. My saving Grace was that the VO checked my profile and everything I filled and it tallied. It could have been worse.

CAC documents, tax clearance certificate, corporate account statement. Again, they may not ask to see it but it is better to be prepared than go unprepared

My uncle says he wants me to come to United States this year and he wants to use his best friend's wedding coming up in june as a medium to bring me over. Again, he told me that he would be getting his citizenship by december this year and he said when he finally gets it, he can use the medium and file for me next year only if I can wait till then.

My problem now is that I really want to try that of his best friend's wedding coming up in June since am not even sure he might get the citizenship by this year as proposed and the wedding will still pass me by.

Meanwhile, I have no major traveling experience, I have only been to South Africa and Ghana all my life and again I have no major means of income and no job yet.

Pls help me in this situation, do I stand any chance with that wedding invitation or should I just relax and wait for my uncle to acquire his citizenship first and which one of the two means do I stand a good chance?
Again, the plan is that I will stay back in United States and my visiting visa status changed.

I am really confused and it's affecting me day by day because I don't want to make any mistake.

False. Your uncle cannot file for you to migrate to the US.

If he's not a sibling, parent or spouse then no he cannot file for you.
