Matter Is a form of energy, it is a product of energy so they came from energy.

Black holes is form when heavy stars with very massive gravity collapse and explode then black holes is born, this is a different case how the universe was formed.

I don't believe in Allah so I don't know if he gave you a choice or not but claiming Allah gave you choices and then knows every choices you make and planned everything, that's contradicting and will result to a paradox. You can't be all knowing and plan people's choice and said you gave them choices, that's illogical and conflicting. Testing someone when you are the planner and already know the outcome is meaningless, it's like you're playing with someone's life for fun.

Again, when time started is unknown, time can be infinite, from our observations we're able to measure our own time starting from the big bang I think, the big bang is not the beginning of the universe, there is still gravitational singularity.
