As far as I know,, Once money shows up as valid in your bank app.. Not even the sender's bank or your own bank for that matter has the authority to reverse money for any reason..
Reversals dont show up in bank app transaction history at all,, and that's why I even go further by screenshot the Transaction ID,, just in case...
.
Even if it's you mistakenly send money to another person's acc,, not you or the bank can reverse it so far its processed..
.
So Bank App verification/Statement of acc is untilmate,, not any other alert whatsoever..

I wouldn't know ... but my point is why should care about what happens behind the scene on the other end..
So far you haven't been credited on your own end (bank app),, it's the other person biz to sort it out with his/her bank

It is either he experienced poor Internet network at that moment, or the server of either banks involved in the transaction experienced issues at that moment.

Also, cancellation or reversal request on transaction made is possible if done on time.

If your bank doesn't have such a feature online, calling Customer Care might take long so quickly call your Account Officer (hopefully within banking hours).

So what if the I'm the one that's trying to scam someone, are u saying I can easily get away with that by calling my account officer?

ayah I understand how you are feeling? a lady scammed me of 15k some months ago, I deliver through drivers, buyers go to the park to collect. But this foolish lady collected the parcel and told me she had sent the money. The next she did was to send me a whatsapp message that I'm not and she would show me that she is a very smart Enugu girl, I begged her to send the money to me but she said I should forget it so I saved her profile picture and sent to different groups I belong on face book, that was how I got face page. Her friends her relative was begging me because she is a student of Nsukka, her boyfriend paid out of the money, I posted all profile pictures of Instagram and Facebook, she was later begged but I make sure I tarnished her image. All her pictures and our chats are still with me.

So if you belong to different groups on Facebook,beg the admin and post her picture to them. This is the pix of the foolish lady

Yes, it's very possible if money has not already been credited into the person's account.
