Gforce2019: Sir... Yorubas didn't build Lagos. Nigeria as a nation built it as her capital. From the roads to Airports, Seaports and bridges. I challenge you to tell us what infrastructures Lagos had before spending Oil money on it. I challenge you too to name other Western states with such infrastructure like Lagos. 9 Likes |

Bighead9: Typical... Most of you who claim East is not developed can not even afford half plot of land in the East. This is not some exaggerations. Make out time, we can take you on a tour around for fact findings. but I know you don't have the liver to leave your momma's tities like the balless sissy that you all are in your region. It takes a great courage to leave your region, travel down to another's and make a name for yourself.. Which most of you lack. It's a pity man. 9 Likes 1 Share |

In as much as we Igbos(I'm delta Igbo) are built to succeed and prosper, I want to us to be more cooperative among ourselves and other southerners. Let's find a way to forgive old wounds and forge a southern unity so Nigeria can move forward. It's only the unity of Igbos and Yorubas that can move Nigeria forward being the biggest progressive tribes! 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Quorax: Who wants to waste his resources in an underdeveloped Region? A region were by the citizens can not stay, a region that is not contributing anything to the Economy. This is why nobody wants to invest in a backward Region. That will amount to waste of resources. Even the Nigerian movies you are known for, you can't do them in your tiny Region cause it won't sell. 5 Likes 1 Share

Quorax: You mean Bayo Ogunlesi, Kase Lawal etc all made their names in Yorubaland? Tayo Amusan built the biggest mall in Igboland. Chicken Republic is in Anambra. Proforce in P harcourt etc and Yorubas do not leave Yorubaland o. Yorubas are the biggest black entrepreneurs in UK, Canada etc but they do not leave their comfort zone....Yorubaland, abi? The truth is they are not many in your SE beause the place is not lucrative and productive enough. Yorubas travel a lot and they are all over the world making their nation proud and they are the most successful Nigerians in diaspora. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Bros, nobody ask you not to be adventurous o. U no get liver to dominate outside your popsy's compound na... It is not our fault Biko. Few years ago, I was in Benin (South South), now I am in SW... Towards the end of the year or early next year, I will be getting ready to go North... This is not a some tourism shiit... This is business! This is how we were built... Quorax: Yorubas are like the Whites who control their economies just like Yorubas control the economy of Nigeria with massive industries. Traders do not control the economy of any nation, industries do. Have you ever asked yourself why Ogun state is more developed than the entire SE and andwhy and why they generate IGR more than all Igbo states combined? Yorubas are born developers, I mean real developers.Their history speaks for them, development wise. Did Anthony Joshua,Olu Jacobs,Bayo Ogunlesi, Kase Lawal etc all made their names in Yorubaland? Tayo Amusan built the biggest mall in Igboland. Chicken Republic is in Anambra. Proforce in P harcourt etc and Yorubas do not leave Yorubaland o. Yorubas are the biggest black entrepreneurs in UK, Canada etc but they do not leave their comfort zone....Yorubaland, abi? The truth is they are not many in your SE beause the place is not lucrative and productive enough. Yorubas travel a lot and they are all over the world making their nation proud and they are the most successful Nigerians in diaspora. Yorubas send more foreign exchange to Nigeria than any other. 5 Likes 1 Share

mercyville: A Yoruba man owns a street in Enugu... There are Yorubas in the East. When Tinubu started his ethnic politics, most of your people said Igbos don't sell lands to non igbos, most said east is not developed. Look at the first line of my post that you quoted and you will see I stated: "most of you who say the east is not developed can't afford half plot of land in the east". Why did I say this? Because lands in the East is pretty expensive, including on villages. No jokes... In a village in the SW, you can find land for 200-300k but in the east, you won't get for 1M. Another reason I made that statement because your brothers who spew such nonsense about the undevelopment of the east are not exposed beyond the SW, never traveled far and are broke. The ones you mentioned as having businesses in the SE WILL never say the East is undeveloped because they have traveled, they are exposed beyond the SW, they are not broke. I have challenged a few, including on nairaland, among those who say Igbos don't sell lands to non igbos to bring their money and up to this minute, none has taken me up on that offer. So what does that tell you? It means they are just peddling fake rumors around. An average igbo man know more about your land in the South West than the reverse. Even a Northerner is more willing to travel far within Nigeria... 5 Likes 1 Share |

Quorax: Trash. You know where me dey now? I've stayed in over 25 states in this Country. I presently dey Benin. Where I enter for this Country, fear no go allow you enter. Including that your tiny underdeveloped Region. Do you know that, all Government and company workers in Onitcha do not leave in Onitcha? They all based in Asaba. By 4pm daily, they all leave Onitcha for Asaba and the return to Onitcha the next day. It is that bad. By 6pm, every store is already locked in Onitcha and you won't see a fly outside. That's how backward your region is. There are six Regions in this Country. They all contribute to the Economy except your tiny Region. 1 Like

mercyville:Nne, Onitsha is not even the capital of Anambra and for just to compare the two Ibadan (capital) and Onitsha says a lot. The multi story in Onitsha alone dwarf the entire multistory in Ibadan... Let's not go other places... And to think Onitsha was seriously affected during the war that your Ibadan no even feel shishi eh... 4 Likes |
